The Life Energy Alkaline Mineral Water was missing one MAJOR ESSENTIAL MINERAL – MAGNESIUM.

This was a concern for me because it is such an important mineral, especially for the heart and muscles, but also for our bone strength and protein, vitamin D and carbohydrate metabolism, especially when I discovered that Australian soil and therefore the food we consume is extremely lacking in this vital mineral. Magnesium is the 4th most abundant mineral on Earth ( not in Australia) and the 8th most important mineral in our body for correct functionality of hundreds of enzyme reactions and thousands of other processes. What’s the Solution?

I studied Magnesium Supplements and took several and I can assure you that most of it went down the toilet! The Bowel is where excess magnesium goes, especially if it goes in through your gut! I also discovered that most ORAL Magnesium supplements were the lower quality versions of magnesium and that approximately 4% is absorbed. So, a person taking a 400mg magnesium oxide tablet is really getting about 16 mg when they think they are getting the RDA. Not Enough!
